Operating since 2007 and well-known for developing Eastbrooke Medical Health Hubs across Australia, the business has been instrumental in collaborating with local governments and healthcare agencies to breathe new life into underutilised facilities and bring much-needed healthcare infrastructure to communities.
Eastbrooke established and managed the Eastbrooke Medical Centres business, incorporating 15 medical centres, a specialist skin clinic, and three urgent care clinics across three states. The centres were home to over 250 general practitioners and more than 75 allied health providers, managing over 500,000 patient consultations annually.
Eastbrooke continues to focus on developing premium commercial projects in select growth corridors across Australia. This includes the management of existing Health & community Hubs across three states, with expansion plans currently underway.

Andrew is a company Director, leading project management, business administration and project feasibility assessment. Andrew brings significant experience to the management and operations of the business, having worked previously in the international banking and finance industry for over 15 years.
Simon is a company Director, leading new development site assessment and feasibility, project management a delivery of new building and fit out projects. Simon has extensive experience in Design, Project and Construction Management, having worked on numerous projects across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
Martin is responsible for the financial control and analysis of the Eastbrooke group. Martin has had over 14 years of hands on and strategic financial management experience, having worked as both a Chartered Accountant and Commercial Financial Controller for an international group.
Chris is responsible for leasing across the Eastbrooke Health & Community Hub network. He works to identify suitable tenants and negotiates lease agreements. Chris strives to add value by understanding unique business and consumer drivers in each Hub location.
Paul brings extensive marketing leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, retail and property sectors. He’s passionate about using AI technology and digital marketing platforms to influence customer behaviour and drive business growth. At Eastbrooke, Paul leads marketing and communications strategy, customer acquisition, community engagement and public relations activities.
Jeff is responsible for the on-going preventative and reactive property maintenance of all Eastbrooke property assets. He has over 18 years’ experience in property management in the aged care sector, providing relevant expertise to the ongoing maintenance of Eastbrooke facilities. Moreover, Jeff brings his expertise on a wide range of fields including fire protection and building accreditation.
John is responsible for delivering new construction projects, from planning and consultation through to design, construction, and completion.
Rubaiya is responsible for managing the Eastbrooke company payroll, accounts payable, purchase orders and creditor reconciliation. Rubaiya is gaining excellent experience working on a wide range of projects within the group.
