Eastbrooke Medical Centres was awarded the contract following a tender process coordinated by the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN). Initially opening in January 2024 as a state funded facility, before a transfer of funding to the Federal Government.

Eastbrooke embraced health department guidelines to create safe and welcoming environments, designed around patient accessibility, privacy, infection control and emergency preparedness.

Urgent Care Clinics are GP-led services for people seeking access to urgent medical care that do not need hospital care. The facility includes a dedicated treatment room, with 4 beds, nursing station, a dedicated waiting area and reception area.
